Upon check-in you will be required to present your credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses. If you do not incur any incidental expense at the hotel, then the hotel will refund the deposit to you upon check-out.
If you are traveling internationally to join this trip, please ensure that your passport is current and any required visa is obtained and valid. Many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of this trip. Name changes can be made within 30 days of trip start for a $50 service fee per person; no changes may be made 29 days or less prior to travel. A copy of your written confirmation of name change from your vacation specialist is required upon arrival at the hotel.
