Founded in the 15th century, Mostar lies in the valley of the Neretva River in the shadow of Velez Mountain. Your walking tour of its most significant sights showcases the city’s special magic, where a cosmopolitan downtown merges seamlessly into sleepy narrow streets and the splendor of the traditional old bazaar (or Kujundziluk). Landmarks of the Ottoman Empire abound, no one more recognizable than the Stari Most, or Old Bridge. This iconic stone structure—declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO—was conceived of by the celebrated Turkish architect Hayruddin and completed in 1566.

Influences from Mediterranean and Turkish culture blend evocatively in this Balkan hub, and you get to take it all in on foot.

Maximum occupancy is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child. Due to hotel restrictions, additional children or adults will not be allowed in the same room.

A child between the ages of 0-12 is US$7 without extra bed or US$78 with extra bed when staying with 2 paid adults. A child age 13 or older is charged the adult rate.

Child’s pricing is based on age at time of travel.

The child’s reservation must be booked, paid for and the name on the rooming list in order to be checked in.

Bedding for third adult or child may consist of a rollaway bed.

At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip. Another confirmation will not be sent.

If you are traveling internationally to join this trip, please ensure that your passport is current and any required visa is obtained and valid. Many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of this trip.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, your vacation specialist may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel less than 30 days of your request.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of 50 USD. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of 100 USD. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.
