No more than 200 Trip Points may be used for this booking.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children.
Children ages 0-16 stay free on a room-only basis in parents’ room. Children ages 17 and older will be charged the adult rate.
Children's rate does not include mountain bike tour, but can be added at an additional cost. Bike tours are not suitable for children under 13 years of age.
Children's pricing is based on age at time of travel.
Children’s reservations must be booked, paid for and their names on the rooming list in order to be checked in.
Additional nights and upgrades may be available. Third and fourth person rates are available. Contact the vacation specialist for pricing, availability and booking.
Mountain-bike tours are based on beginner level with mostly flat terrain, but additional technical and progressive features may be added for the more intermediate or advanced riders. Tours operate rain or shine.
Recommended attire: Closed-toed shoes, polypropylene shirts, biking specific gloves and bike shorts or regular shorts are recommended. Be prepared for the occasional Central Oregon weather change by bringing a light rain jacket or warmer top layer. Jeans and non-athletic shoes are not recommended. Helmets are required and are provided with all rental bikes.
Advance arrangements are recommended for spa services. Please make appointment direct by calling +1-541-593-7891. For your convenience, an 18% gratuity is added to the retail price of all spa services.
Children ages 14-17 may use the Fitness Club when accompanied by an adult 21 or older. Children ages 13 and under are not permitted to use the Fitness Club.
Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, your vacation specialist may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel less than 30 days of your request.
Members with additional people in a room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel's prevailing rate, not the trip price.

All travelers will receive a series of emails containing their trip’s details starting a few weeks prior to the departure date, as well as a welcome home email after the trip.

Cancellation
Policy:
If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee
of 50 USD. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a
refund less a fee of 100 USD. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your
trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.
