Cancellation
Policy: 91 days or
more: $50 per person cancellation fee; 46 to 90 days out: $100 per person
cancellation fee; 45 days or less: nonrefundable. Name changes can be made up
to 30 days prior to travel for a $50 service fee per person; no changes may be
made 29 days or less prior to travel. A copy of your written confirmation of
name change from your vacation specialist is required upon arrival at the
hotel.
Disclaimer: A host will be provided on all trips
with 20 or more adults traveling.
Name Change Policy: Service fee for a name change is 50 USD per person. Changes will not be accepted or permitted within 30 days prior to the start date of the DreamTrip, including the day of arrival or at any time during the DreamTrip. The original DreamTrips Member who made the booking must remain on the reservation and in the room. If the original member who placed the booking wishes to have another member and/or guest take their place, they must cancel the original booking and have the new member rebook; and standard cancellation policy rules apply. Reselling or gifting of a DreamTrip reservation to non-members is strictly prohibited and could result in termination of your membership. Abuse of the Name Change Policy or fraudulent use of identification is a violation of this policy and will result in membership termination.
Go Show Policy: Travelers of all ages must be booked and confirmed in advance of the first day of a DreamTrips trip to be permitted to join a DreamTrips trip. All names of all members must be included in the confirmation of booking and the associated Booking ID Number. Proof of valid government issued identification must be provided at the time of check-in. This includes, and is not limited to, travelers under the age of 18. Abuse of this Policy, including the fraudulent use of identification is a violation of this Policy and can result in membership termination.
