While hiking through the rainforest, you'll get close to nature. On the return trip, you'll stop at the Sangeh Monkey Forest home to sacred monkeys and towering nutmeg trees.

Visit Taman Ayun Temple in Mengwi, ontinue on the narrow roads along rice fields to a typical Balinese village market. Travel through different agricultural regions and stop to see plants like cocoa, papaya, bananas, taro, cassava and palm sugar. Enjoy the beautiful scenery on the ride through small villages along the Ayung River high in the mountain region of central Bali.
After lunch, hike through the rainforest of the Balinese mountains. On the way back through hidden villages off the tourist routes, visit the nutmeg forest inhabited by small, sacred monkeys.
The evening at your leisure.
