If you are traveling internationally to join this trip, please ensure that your passport is current and any required visa is obtained and valid. Many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of this trip.

Day 1: November 23

Arrive at Narita International Airport.
After clearing immigration and customs (1 hour), meet your English-speaking guide at the arrival lobby 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Transfer to the hotel and check in beginning at 3 p.m.
6-8 p.m. Welcome dinner with full Japanese kaiseki menu at the hotel’s 28th-floor Kazahana Restaurant. If the tour has over 20 adults, two hours of unlimited local beer, Japanese sake, juice and soft drinks will be offered.

Day 2: November 24

Breakfast at the hotel.
9 a.m.: Meet your English-speaking guide at the hotel lobby. Tokyo tour by chartered coach includes visit the Meiji Shrine, Harajuku, Asakusa Sensoji Temple and its Nakamise shopping arcade. Lunch at a local restaurant.
6 p.m. Return to hotel. The rest of the evening at your leisure.

Day 3: November 25

Day 4: November 26

Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out hotel by 11 a.m.
Check out of hotel at 11 a.m. and transfer to the airport by bus from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of 50 USD. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of 100 USD. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.
