Children ages 0-4 stay free when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children ages 5-17 are US$169.00 per child when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children age 18 or older are charged the adult rate.

We base kids’ pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

US$750 resort credit per room:
Credit is based on per room stay and applicable to individual guest room folio only. Resort Credit can be used towards, spa/beauty salon services, romantic dinners, upgraded wine selection, Rock Shots by Smile Market photo packages. Resort Credit is not transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be held over for future stays. Resort credit may not be applied toward charges to the master account. Promotional offerings are subject to availability at time of arrival and are subject to change without notice. Limits apply to each service and vary by Resort. Credit cannot be combined with any other promotions. Resort Credit options are based on published rates. Resort Credit has no commercial value and is not subject to refund or credit. Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Cancun International Airport (CUN). We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

If you don’t submit your flight information by the specified deadline above, you won’t get free access to hotel transfers. No ifs, ands or buts about it!

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 46 days or more prior to your trip, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip. 

Members can’t combine DreamTrips Rewards Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Rewards Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip. Another confirmation will not be sent.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip. 

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, your DreamTrips Specialist may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.
