Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Due to hotel restrictions, additional guests will not be allowed in the same room.

Children ages 0-5 stay free when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children ages 6-14 are US$375 per child when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children ages 15-17 are US$405 per child when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children age 18 or older are charged the adult rate.

Children’s pricing is based on age at time of travel.

Children’s reservations must be booked and paid for in order to be checked in.

At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip. Another confirmation will not be sent.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

If you are traveling internationally to join this trip, please ensure that your passport is current and any required visa is obtained and valid. Many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of this trip. It is your responsibility to obtain any required visas and other documentation prior to traveling. If you are unable to obtain a visa, the Cancellation Policy for this DreamTrip will apply.

Day 1: February 26

Arrive and transfer from the airport to the hotel (2 transfers based on flight information).
Check into the hotel after 3 p.m.
7-9 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel with two hours of unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.

Day 2: February 27

Breakfast at the hotel.
Noon: Depart for the Polynesian Cultural Center; transportation included.
Lunch at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Day at the Polynesian Cultural Center with private Japanese-speaking guide for the group. Includes immersive cultural experience in 6 island villages, canoe pageant, “Go Native” activities, dinner and Ha: Breath of Life cultural dance show.
9 p.m. Depart the cultural center and return to the hotel; transportation included.

Day 3: February 28

Breakfast at the hotel.
8 a.m.: Depart for the Circle Island Tour which includes Diamond Head Crater, Nuuanu Pali Lookout, Hanauma Bay, Kualoa Ranch and Dole Plantation. Transportation, Japanese-speaking guide and lunch included.
6 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

Day 4: February 29

Breakfast at the hotel.
A day at your leisure.

Day 5: March 1

Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out by noon and transfer to the airport (2 transfers based on flight information).

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.
