Welcome reception at the hotel.

Day 2

9:45 a.m.: Pick up from hotel for Full-day Explore Culinary Indianapolis Tour (outlined below); includes transportation.
10 a.m. – noon: City Market Tasting Tour & VIP Catacomb Tour, with visits to City Market to meet with vendors and learn their stories, try a variety of market specialties and learn about the market’s history. Then you’ll take a guided tour of the Catacombs, a Roman-looking expanse of graceful brick arches.
12:15 – 1:30 p.m.: Lunch at Mesh on Mass Avenue, which focuses on using locally sourced ingredients to create award-winning dishes.
1:45 – 2 p.m.: Best Chocolates on Mass Avenue Tour, where you’ll learn how chocolates are sourced and made locally. Enjoy dessert from a local chocolatier and have the opportunity to purchase products at your own expense.
2-3 p.m.: Easley Winery Tour and Tasting, where you’ll tour the Easley Winery and enjoy a tasting of the wines; includes wine tasting and 1 glass of select wine.
3:15 – 4:30 p.m.: Afternoon at the Brewery & Tour of Mass Avenue/Lockerbie, where you’ll meet the brewer, tour the brewery and enjoy a beer tasting; includes multi-beer tasting and a choice of your favorite pint to enjoy.
4:45 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

5:30 – 8:30 p.m.: Farewell dinner at Harry and Izzy’s; includes four-course meal and 2 hours of open beer/wine/non-alcoholic beverages.

Children ages 0-1 stay free when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children ages 2-11 are US$216 per child when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children ages 12-17 are US$278 per child when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children age 18 or older are charged the adult rate.

We base kids’ pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

Minimum check-in age is 21.

Full-day Explore Culinary Indianapolis Tour:
All ages can go on the tour, but you must be age 21 and over to be able to drink alcoholic beverages on the tour.

Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Indianapolis International Airport (IND). We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

Make sure to arrange your own transfers between the airport and your hotel, as they’re not included in the trip price.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip

Members can’t combine DreamTrips Rewards Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Rewards Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip.
