Maximum occupancy is 3 people. Due to hotel restrictions, additional guests will not be allowed in the same room.

Children ages 0-1 stay free when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children ages 2-12 are US$66 per child when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children ages 13-17 are US$98 per child when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Contact the DreamTrips Specialist for availability and booking. Children age 18 or older are charged the adult rate.

Children’s pricing is based on age at time of travel.

Children’s reservations must be booked and paid for in order to be checked in.

At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip. Another confirmation will not be sent.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Parking at the hotel is not included.

Valet overnight parking is US$20 per day and overnight self-parking is US$10 per day.

Minimum check-in age is 18.

If you are traveling internationally to join this trip, please ensure that your passport is current and any required visa is obtained and valid. Many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of this trip. It is your responsibility to obtain any required visas and other documentation prior to traveling. If you are unable to obtain a visa, the Cancellation Policy for this DreamTrip will apply.

Gardens & Galleries Tour, with visits to the Memphis Botanic Gardens and the Dixon Gardens and Gallery; includes transportation, guide and admissions.

Day 3: April 17

Breakfast at the hotel.
The morning and afternoon at your leisure.
5 p.m.: Blues & BBQ Tour; includes transportation.
6-8 p.m.: Farewell Dinner at BB King’s restaurant with live music; alcohol will be available at your own expense.

Day 4: April 18

Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel by 11 a.m. and depart.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.
