9 a.m.-9 p.m.: Victoria + Butchart Gardens Tour; transportation, guide gratuity and admission to Butchart Gardens, and dinner aboard the ferry included.
- Board a BC Ferries vessel at Tsawwassen terminal in Vancouver for a 90-minute sail across the Georgia Strait and through the Gulf Islands to the British-inspired city of Victoria on Vancouver Island. Look for wildlife along the way, such as sea lions, whales and eagles.
- Arrive at Swartz Bay terminal on Vancouver Island and continue to the botanical wonders of Butchart Gardens. Wander through a series of themed gardens (Japanese, Italian, Rose, Mediterranean), check out the massive Sunken Garden, and delight in the Dancing Fountain.
- Take a tour of Victoria including Government Street, Chinatown and the Inner Harbour. See iconic parliament buildings and the waterfront, chateau-style Fairmont Empress Hotel.
- Enjoy ample leisure time to enjoy Victoria’s rich architecture, shopping and lunch (not included).
- Return to Vancouver via the 7 p.m. ferry, which will include an onboard dinner with a wide array of menu choices and drinks including milk, tea, coffee and soft drinks.

11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Vancouver City + Capilano Suspension Bridge Park tour; transportation and gratuities included.
- Enjoy guided commentary and sightseeing through Vancouver’s downtown area, and see waterfront landmarks such as the sails of Canada Place and the bustling Robson Street shopping street.
- Take in the view over Lions Gate Bridge as you venture into Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, where you’ll spend about 90 minutes.
- View the sandy shores of English Bay on the west side of Stanley Park, then Granville Island, and take a scenic drive through historic Chinatown and Gastown. You’ll spend about 20 minutes at the Stanley Park Totem Poles and Prospect Point, and about 60 minutes at Granville Island.

We base children’s pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

Vancouver City + Capilano Suspension Bridge tour: Wheelchairs or crutches are not permitted on the bridge, Treetops Adventure or Cliffwalk.

Victoria + Butchart Gardens Tour: You must be able to ride a ferry for a few hours, and to walk around Victoria (one of the most walkable cities in Canada), unless you choose to pay for a local taxi.

Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Vancouver International Airport (YVR). We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

Make sure to arrange your own transfers between the airport and your hotel, as they’re not included in the trip price.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips™ Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.
