The Iguassu Falls area is located on the border of Brazil and Argentina, near the Brazilian town of Foz do Iguaçu. The amount of diverse wildlife and plants within the area makes birdwatching, species-spotting and other animal encounters a breeze.

The room of each Platinum Member will be appointed with a bottle of Champagne on arrival day, cheese and wine later in your stay, and a basket of fresh local fruits. You’ll also receive a 30-minute helicopter ride (with transportation) for 2 people and a 20% discount on all hotel-owned outlets and stores at the resort. Day 1

Transfer from the airport and check into the hotel any time after 2 p.m.
Welcome dinner in a reserved area of the hotel, with live music and complimentary water, sodas, juices and international beer.

Day 2

7 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
9 a.m.: Guided bilingual tour along the Iguassu Falls trails (Brazilian side), over an easy-to-walk path of approximately 1,300 yards; 1 complimentary glass of Champagne included along with daylong transportation.
12:30 p.m. Lunch at Porto Canoas restaurant, which has a view of Devil’s Throat falls, inside Iguassu National Park; 1 drink and 1 dessert included.
Relaxing afternoon at the hotel with a 30-minute massage.
An evening at your leisure.

Day 3

7 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
8:30 a.m.: Journey along the Poço Preto (Black Well) Trail by foot or bicycle at Iguassu National Park. You’ll then take a boat tour up the Iguassu River toward the Taquara Islands (kayak exploration optional). Daylong transportation included.
12:30 p.m.: Picnic lunch at a private spot in the forest.
After lunch, join the guided bilingual Macuco Safari Tour in a four-wheel drive electric vehicle, then take a walk along a trail toward the small Salto do Macuco waterfall. Finish with an upstream rubber-boat tour toward the Devil’s Throat waterfall.
4 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

Day 4

Breakfast at the hotel.
10-minute helicopter tour above Iguassu Falls; daylong transportation included.
Lunch at Palazzo Grill in Foz do Iguaçu including a complimentary welcome drink and demonstration on how to make a caipirinha (traditional Brazilian cocktail).
After lunch, visit the binational Itaipu Dam (the world’s second-largest operating hydroelectric facility in terms of annual energy generation) on the Paraná River, located on the Brazil-Paraguay border (and near the Argentinian border).
4 p.m.: Return to the hotel.
An evening at your leisure.

Day 5

8 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
9 a.m.: City tour begins; daylong transportation included. You’ll see the Igreja Matriz (Catholic Cathedral) and visit the landmark point where two rivers meet.
Lunch at Zaragoza Restaurante in Iguazu Falls.
Continue your city tour with a visit to Omar ibn Al-Khattab Mosque (the largest mosque outside of the Middle East) and the Buddhist Temple.
Catamaran sunset tour; transportation included.
8 p.m.: Dinner at Porto Catamaran Pier; transportation included.
9:45 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

Day 6

Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel by noon and transfer to the airport.

Children ages 0-2 stay free when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children ages 3-11 are US$600 per child when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. Children age 12 or older are charged the adult rate.

We base kids’ pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Foz do Iguaçu/Cataratas International Airport (IGU) in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná State, Brazil. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 65 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 65 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change the name on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips Rewards Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Rewards Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip.
