Day 1

Check into the hotel any time after 2 p.m.
2-5 p.m.: Welcome table in the hotel lobby.
6:30-7:30 p.m.: Welcome reception; includes light snacks and 1 drink per person (adults only).
7:30 p.m.: Welcome dinner at the Chief’s Boma Restaurant.

Day 2

7-9 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel’s main restaurant.
10 a.m.: Quad Bike Tour and Paintball Activity; includes transportation. You’ll travel through the back roads of Soweto by quad bike and ride along the Twin Tower precinct. Then, you’ll enjoy a paintball activity with a choice between different game types (2 games per session): Capture the Flag, Elimination, Invade the Enemy Territory and Rescue Your Boss.
12:30 p.m.: Township-style braai lunch; includes side salads, main dishes and desserts.
7:30 p.m.: Buffet dinner at Epsom Terrace Restaurant with a local DJ.

Day 3

7-9 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel’s main restaurant.
Check out of the hotel by 10 a.m.

We base children’s pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

Quad Bike Tour and Paintball Activity:
Participants must be age 6 or older to participate. Age is determined at the time of travel.

Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB). We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

Make sure to arrange your own transfers between the airport and your hotel, as they’re not included in the trip price.

The distance from O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB) to the hotel is approximately 39 kilometers (24 miles).

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 65 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 65 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 76 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 75 days of the start date of your trip.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips™ Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.

Members with additional people in room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.
