The area known as the Las Vegas Strip actually sits just outside the city limits, in the unincorporated communities of Paradise, Winchester and Enterprise.

Las Vegas serves as the cultural center for Southern Nevada, with the Las Vegas Natural History Museum, Discovery Children’s Museum, Nevada State Museum and the Mob Museum among its non-casino attractions. The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, downtown in Symphony Park, hosts Broadway shows as well as orchestral, opera, dance, choral and other performances. Las Vegas also spotlights the great outdoors, with nearly 70 parks and four golf courses.

You’ll have access to the VIP Skybox at the party with a view of the countdown and live performances. You’ll also have a private server and enjoy 4 1-liter bottles of Grey Goose or Patrón (4 bottles total) and 4 750-milliliter bottles of champagne to share.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

An incidental deposit of US$50 per room, per night will be charged to each individual guest upon check-in. The temporary authorization will be lifted provided that the guest room and its contents are left undamaged.

This is an adults-only trip. You must be age 21 and over to attend this trip. Age is determined at the time of travel.

Gratuities are not included. We suggest US$1.50 per day for housekeeping, US$5 per person for porterage and US$5 for room deliveries per delivery.

New Year’s Eve celebration at Rain Nightclub:
• The VIP Skybox can accommodate people on a flow. It isn’t meant for 30-40 people to be sitting down. It’s a reserved space where people can relax, enjoy a beverage, have access to the personal service and then leave and enjoy the party.
• Transportation is not needed as the nightclub is in the same complex as your hotel.

Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is McCarran International Airport (LAS), approximately 6 kilometers (4 miles). We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

Make sure to arrange your own transfers between the airport and your hotel, as they’re not included in the trip price.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, there will be no fee for the name change(s). If you change any name(s) on your booking 44 to 31 days before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips™ Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.

Members with additional people in room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.
