Day 1

Check into the hotel at any time after 3 p.m.
2-6 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
7-8 p.m.: Welcome reception in the hotel bar.

Day 2

7-9 a.m.: Continental breakfast featuring hot breakfast sandwiches in the hotel banquet room.
A day at your leisure. Go to the Chicago Jazz Festival that takes place all weekend, and is free and open to the public. Make your way to Millennium Park (a 15-minute walk from the hotel), to enjoy the music and purchase food and beverages from the park vendors (at your own expense). The festival takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
7:15 p.m. – 12:15 a.m.: Spirit of Chicago fireworks dinner cruise; includes transportation, gratuities, dinner and refreshments.
• 7:15 p.m.: Depart the hotel by motor coach to transfer to Navy Pier.
• Board the Spirit of Chicago.
• Dinner cruise on Lake Michigan (approximately 2.5 hours).
• Buffet dinner on board with unlimited coffee, tea and water.
• Listen to DJ-spun music and play interactive games.
• Catch the renowned Chicago skyline and watch fireworks.
• 12:15 a.m.: Return to the hotel.

Day 3

• Pets (except service animals); tents; oversize umbrellas, blankets, plastic tarps or flags; helium balloons; signs or banners; barbecue grills with open flames; illegal substances and weapons; and staking are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 91 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. Therefore, in the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.

Name Change Policy: Name changes are not allowed on this trip.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date.
