South Stradbroke Island makes up the northern end of Gold Coast, Australia. Day 1

Make your own way to Hope Island Marina for your ferry transfer to the resort.
Transfer by ferry from Hope Island Marina to the resort at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. Please arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled ferry departure time for the baggage-tagging and check-in process.
Check into the resort at any time after 2:30 p.m.
Noon – 5 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the resort lobby.
7 p.m.: Seafood buffet welcome dinner with 2 complimentary drinks at the resort restaurant.

Day 2

7-8:30 a.m.: Buffet breakfast at the resort.
A day at your leisure. We suggest you use your 2-hour pass for Virtual World, or enjoy any of the included activities* such as a Jet Ski tour, 2-hour surf lesson, or a speedboat or tube ride.
7 p.m.: Buffet dinner at the resort.

Day 3

7-8:30 a.m.: Buffet breakfast at the resort.
A day at your leisure. We suggest you use your 2-hour pass for Virtual World, or enjoy any of the included activities such as a Jet Ski tour, 2-hour surf lesson, or a speedboat or tube ride.

Check out of the resort by 10:30 a.m.
Transfer by ferry from the resort to Hope Island Marina at 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. or 4:15 p.m. Please arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled ferry departure time for the baggage-tagging and check-in process.

Couran Cove Island Resort is committed to environmental sustainability practices. As such, rooms are not serviced daily. Should you require a room clean or fresh linens prior to your checkout, please be aware that charges will apply.

Please note: Guests are not permitted to bring any alcohol onto the property under any circumstances, in accordance with the liquor licensing regulations of Australia’s Innkeepers Act.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 46 days or more prior to your trip, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. Therefore, in the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 30 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.
