In 2000, the uKhahlamba/Drakensberg Park was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site for both its wide range of flora and the continent’s grandest collection of rock paintings by the ancient San people.
As a Platinum Member, you'll be treated to a picnic or restaurant lunch at the hotel (depending on the weather) on Day 2 of your trip. Life is good when you’re a Platinum Member!
Check into the hotel any time after 2 p.m. 2-5 p.m.: Welcome table in the hotel lobby. 6:30-7:30 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel, where members will be briefed on the activities of the weekend and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink (1 per adult only). 7:30-9 p.m.: Welcome dinner in the main dining room of the hotel.
Day 2
6:30-9 a.m.: Breakfast in the main dining room of the hotel. A day at your leisure. Each member will receive a voucher for a complimentary 9-hole game of golf (walking) or choose to go on a guided hiking trail. You can partake in this activity anytime for the duration of the trip. Sporting equipment is not included. 7:30-9 p.m.: Dinner in the main dining room of the hotel.
Day 3
6:30-9 a.m.: Breakfast in the main dining room of the hotel. Check out of the hotel by 11 a.m. Itinerary subject to change.

Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Durban International Airport (DUR), approximately 281 kilometers (175 miles). We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.
Make sure to arrange your own transfers between the airport and your hotel, as they’re not included in the trip price.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 65 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 65 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.
Name Change Policy: If you change the name on your booking 45 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.
Members can’t combine DreamTrips™ Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.
As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of 6 months after the end date of the trip.
Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.
Members with additional people in the room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.
