Day 1

Check into the hotel at any time after 3 p.m.
1-5 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
8 p.m.: Welcome dinner with drinks at Restaurant Tasman.

Day 2

6:30-8:15 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Full-day guided Port Arthur tour and 30-minute harbor cruise; includes lunch and transportation.
• 8:30 a.m.: Meet your guide and driver in the lobby, and depart from the hotel.
• Visit Port Arthur Historic Site’s buildings, ruins and gardens.
• Enjoy a 30-minute harbor cruise aboard the MV Marana.
• 12:30 p.m.: Lunch at Port Cafe.
• Take a 40-minute guided walking tour of Port Arthur.
• 5:30 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

Day 3

6:30-7 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
Full-day trip to Bruny Island; includes morning tea, lunch, tour guide and transportation.
• 7:15 a.m.: Meet your host in the lobby and depart from the hotel on foot.
• Walk from the hotel to the Pennicott Wilderness Journeys, Dock Head building (a 4-minute walk) and board the ferry for Bruny Island.
• Disembark at Bruny Island.
• See the island via a guided bus tour.
• You will also embark on a 3-hour cruise in a custom-made boat, during which you will enter deep sea caves, view the coastline and search for wildlife (for example, seals, dolphins and birds of prey).
• This tour also includes morning tea and a delicious lunch.
• Transfer by ferry back to Hobart and disembark.
• 5:30 a.m.: Return to the hotel.

Day 4

6:30-10 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
A day at your leisure. We suggest that you pick up a complimentary bicycle from the ArtBikes project at Tasmania Museum & Art Gallery near the hotel, and tour the town at your own pace. Or, you may choose to walk to Franklin Wharf near the hotel and see views of the River Derwent, or hop on a local bus to visit Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens and other sites.

Day 5

6:30-10 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel by 11 a.m.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 46 days or more prior to your trip, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 30 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.
