World famous for its beaches, scuba diving, sea life and rock formations such as El Arco de Cabo San Lucas, Cabo is a popular destination for fisherman, divers, explorers and vacationers for many years. Recent efforts have been made to protect the fragile marine and desert ecosystems while still allowing visitors to explore and appreciate the natural and unique beauty surrounding the area.

By booking this DreamTrip I understand that the hotel may request a credit card upon check-in. A 25% service charge will apply to ALL Limitless Inclusions and is due at the time of service. 25% service charge will be based on the published price for that service or activity.

Beaches

As with most beaches in Cabo, the beach at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is not safe for swimming due to strong currents and undertows that result in very dangerous swimming conditions.

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and its affiliates as well as DreamTrips and Rovia are not responsible for injury or death resulting from guests ignoring posted, verbal and written warnings.

There are some beaches in Cabo that are protected in coves and are safe for swimming. If you are interested in going to one of these beaches, ask your In-destination support specialist or the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos concierge staff.

Cancellation Policies:
Paid in Full: If you cancel 91 days or more before the start date of your trip, you'll get a refund of the amount you paid for the trip less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before the start date of your trip, you'll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis. This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. Therefore, in the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.
Installment Payments: No cancellation is allowed. Installment plans are not available for purchased after March 21, 2019. 

Name Change Policy: Name changes must be done no later than June 16, 2019 and are subject to a $50 name change fee. Name changes after this date are not allowed. Members can’t combine DreamTrips Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process. Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure.
