About Your Trip

FINAL PAYMENT for 50% Installment Plan Instructions: Purchasing this trip confirms and pays your second and final installment for the Big Chill 3 Cabo trip. Only book this trip if you have already purchased and installment plan HERE.

You must include the same number of adults and children in your booking as you did in your initial booking. This will be double checked and you will be asked to pay for any discrepancies no later than 30 days prior to travel. If you do not settle your room prior to travel, you will pay the hotel's prevailing rate for any additional guests and children. If you have added adults or children since you made your original booking, you will use the new number of adults and children for your final payment. 

Please be sure to keep track of BOTH booking numbers, as both may be required to look up information for your trip. You should already have your first booking number from your initial booking and you will receive your second booking number once this booking is completed.

For all airport information, please use the booking number generated when you made your initial payment. 

Remember, your first installment payment is non-refundable for any reason. You may not use DreamTrips points or Rovia Bucks for the final payment.

Final payments are due by March 21.

Your DreamTrip includes 5 days and 4 nights at an all-inclusive resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, as well as:

    Transportation

    Airfare is not included in the trip price! The closes commercial airport to the hotel is Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), approximately 55km or 34 miles away. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.

  • Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) to the hotel on June 26, timing based on arrival.
  • The hotel to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) on June 30, timing based on departure.

    Be sure to check in with your In-destination Support team member when you arrive to confirm your departure flight and time.

    Restrictions apply based on flight date(s), transfer times and the arrival and destination airport(s); Transfers will be provided on pre and post nights purchased through the DreamTrips website.

    We base children’s pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

    Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

    Gratuities for drivers, bellman, excursion leaders and housekeeping are not included. We suggest $5 per ride for drivers, $5 per trip for bellman, $5 - $15 per excursion and $3 per day for housekeeping.

  • A 25% service charge will apply to ALL Limitless Inclusions and is due at the time of service. 25% service charge will be based on the published price for that service or activity.

  • Beaches
  • As with most beaches in Cabo, the beach at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is not safe for swimming due to strong currents and undertows that result in very dangerous swimming conditions.
  • Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and its affiliates as well as DreamTrips and Rovia are not responsible for injury or death resulting from guests ignoring posted, verbal and written warnings.
  • There are some beaches in Cabo that are protected in coves and are safe for swimming. If you are interested in going to one of these beaches, ask your In-destination support specialist or the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos concierge staff.

    Terms and Conditions

    Cancellation Policies:
    Paid in Full: If you cancel 91 days or more before the start date of your trip, you'll get a refund of the amount you paid for the trip less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days before the start date of your trip, you'll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis. This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. Therefore, in the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.
    Installment Payments: No cancellation is allowed.

    Name Change Policy: Name changes must be done no later than June 16, 2019 and are subject to a $50 name change fee. Name changes after this date are not allowed. Members can’t combine DreamTrips Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

    Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

    In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

    Contact Travel Support if you have special requests regarding bedding, meals or medical needs, or any other questions about this trip.

    At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip.

    Make sure that your passport and visa, if applicable, are up-to-date before you leave! It’s important to double check that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you’re traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this DreamTrip will apply.

    Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.
