Daily resort fees, giving you access to a range of amenities and activities, including complimentary bottled water, high-speed in-room internet access, a complimentary 30-minute swan paddle ride and a US$30 discount on all paid spa services of US$175 or more at the hotel’s Mandara Spa (1 per room, per day).

Transportation
The closest commercial airport to the resort is Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 21 miles (34 kilometers) away.
Airfare is not included in the trip price.
Airport transfers are not included in this trip. Make sure to arrange your own transfers between the airport and your resort.
Check into the resort at any time after 4 PM. The rest of the afternoon and evening at your leisure.
Day 2
A day at your leisure. Use your 3-day Park Hopper ticket to visit the theme park of your choice: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios (advance reservation required for each park*). See below for details and restrictions. You may also spend some time enjoying complimentary activities at your resort. Check out your options and reserve your resort activities here.
Day 3
A day at your leisure. Use your 3-day Park Hopper ticket to visit the park of your choice*.
Day 4
A day at your leisure. Use your 3-day Park Hopper ticket to visit the park of your choice*.
Day 5
Check out of the resort by 11 AM.
*All parks require reservations in advance to enter. You’ll receive information on reserving each park after booking this package.

Complimentary water taxis to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios depart from the hotel every 15-20 minutes.
Complimentary shuttle buses to all Walt Disney World parks, attractions and other resorts depart from the hotel every 20-30 minutes.

Face coverings are optional for fully vaccinated guests in all indoor and outdoor locations.
Guests who are not vaccinated are still expected to wear face masks in all indoor locations.
Face coverings are still required by all guests ages 2 years and older on enclosed Disney transportation, including buses, monorails and Disney Skyliner.
All face coverings (whether disposable or reusable) should: - Be made with at least 2 layers of breathable material - Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin - Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face - Be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the Guest to remain hands-free
At this time, based on guidance from health authorities, neck gaiters, open-chin, triangle bandanas and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable face coverings.
Costume masks are not appropriate and are prohibited from being worn, in alignment with our existing rules.
Face coverings may have an integrated transparent plastic panel to aid in viewing the wearer’s mouth. These face coverings should: - Be a fabric face covering featuring a solid plastic panel containing no openings that is attached to the fabric on all sides using tight knit stitching - Meet all face covering requirements listed above

Name Change Policies: Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than October 14 and are subject to a fee of up to US$50. Name changes after this date are not allowed.
Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your DreamTrip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
