Check into the hotel at any time after 2 p.m. 
Noon – 4 p.m.: Visit the DreamTrips welcome table in the hotel lobby.

5:30-7:30 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel; includes snacks and alcoholic* and nonalcoholic drinks. 
7:30-10 p.m.: Welcome barbecue dinner on the beach. 

Day 2 

7-10 a.m.: Full buffet breakfast at the hotel’s The Bridge Restaurant.   
The rest of the morning at your leisure. We suggest that you take advantage of your hotel’s amazing amenities and spend time splashing in the pool, playing in the game room or pampering yourself with a spa treatment. 
12:30-2:30 p.m.: Lunch available at The Bridge Restaurant.  Lunch is at your own expense. 
The rest of the afternoon at your leisure. 
7-10 p.m.: Gala dinner at The Bridge Restaurant.  

Day 3 

7-10 a.m.: Full buffet breakfast at The Bridge Restaurant.   
10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Full-day Stone Town and spice tour; includes lunch, guide and transportation. See below for details and restrictions.

• 10:30 a.m.: Depart from the hotel and transfer to a local spice farm.  
• Tour the spice farm and learn about the different plants, smells and medicinal uses of the spices.  
• Lunch at a local restaurant. 
• Explore Stone Town and visit the slave quarters and Old Fort of Zanzibar. 
• 5 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

7-10 p.m.: Buffet dinner at The Bridge Restaurant.   

Day 4 

7-10 a.m.: Full buffet breakfast at The Bridge Restaurant.

• 9 a.m.: Depart from the hotel.  
• Snorkel, visit the sandbank and have the chance to swim with dolphins. 
• Savor a seafood barbecue lunch on the beach.  
• 4 p.m.: Return to the hotel.

Day 6

• At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip.
• Gratuities are not included. We suggest providing gratuities at your own discretion.
• Guests are required to pay an infrastructure tax of US$1 per person, per night. This charge at your own expense and is payable directly at the hotel upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 76 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 75 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member.  Name changes must be done no later than October 26 and are subject to a fee up to US$50. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer of Booking Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

• Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your DreamTrip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
• Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
