Check into the hotel at any time after 2 PM.
1-6 PM: Visit the welcome table in the hotel.
7-8 PM: Welcome reception at the hotel’s lobby bar with snacks and 1 complimentary glass of wine*, beer* or soda.

Day 2

6:00-7:45 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
8 AM – 7 PM: Full-day Cairo and Pyramids tour; includes lunch, entrance fees, transportation and English-speaking guide.

• 7:45 AM: Meet at the hotel lobby entrance.
• 8 AM: Depart from the hotel.
• See Saladin Citadel of Cairo and Great Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha.
• Visit Egyptian Museum that features several items related to King Tutankhamun.
• 12-1 PM: Savor lunch at a local restaurant. (*drinks are not included.)
• After lunch continue to see the Giza complex of pyramids, including the Great Sphinx of Giza and Valley Temple of Khafre that faces the Sphinx.
• Next, stop to see Egyptian essential and aromatherapy oils and colored-glass perfume bottles or visit an Egyptian carpet-making village; depending on the time and traffic.
• Before you end the tour explore Khan el-Khalili souk.
• 7 PM: Return to the hotel.

Day 3

6-10:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
The rest of the morning and afternoon at your leisure. Lunch is at your own expense.
6:30-11 PM: Dinner cruise on Nile River; includes dinner, entertainment and transportation.

• 6:30 PM: Depart from the hotel.
• 8 PM: Enjoy a buffet style dinner sailing on the Nile River. (*drinks are not included.)
• While onboard, watch Tanoura and belly dancing performances.
• 10 PM: Return to the hotel.
• 11 PM: Arrive back at the hotel.

Day 4

Additional Requirements for Travel from Kenya to Cairo:

Members participating in the back-to-back trip from Kenya to Cairo, Egypt are required to be vaccinated for Yellow Fever at least ten (10) days or more before travelling to Kenya and must present proof of vaccination upon their arrival to Egypt. Please insure you have your vaccination documents with you before traveling to Kenya if you are planning to continue your journey to Cairo, Egypt. A yellow fever vaccination certificate in required to enter Egypt.

Yellow Fever Vaccine: Proof of Vaccination

The International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP, sometimes called the “yellow card”) is your proof that you have been vaccinated against yellow fever. You will receive the ICVP when you get vaccinated. Along with your passport, present the original signed and stamped ICVP (not a photocopy or screenshot) to immigration officials in all countries requiring proof of vaccination.

Precautionary measures to passengers coming from countries infected by Yellow Fever:

• All Passengers age 9 months or more arriving to Egypt from countries infected with Yellow Fever must be in possession of valid International Vaccination Certificate against Yellow Fever.
• Transiting passengers via Egypt (for more than 12 hours) and coming from countries infected with Yellow Fever must be in possession of a valid International Vaccination Certificate against Yellow Fever.
• All Passengers arriving from countries infected with Yellow Fever must be in possession of valid International Vaccination Certificate against Yellow Fever and in case of not having a Vaccination Certificate he/ she will be quarantined for six days from the date of travel of the passenger from the affected country.
• In case an international certificate of vaccination has been submitted that has not elapsed ten (10) days (not valid), the passenger will be subjected to the quarantine procedures for the remaining period for the completion of the validity ofthe vaccination and the vaccination certificate

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 66 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 65 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than September 29 and are subject to a fee of up to US$50. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.
