Check into the hotel at any time after 3 PM.
Noon – 6 PM: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
6:30-7:30 PM: Welcome reception at the hotel, with select appetizers and 1 complimentary drink* per person. *Choice of glass of wine, or beer or soft drink. (Exact location to be announced closer to the time of travel.)
7:30 – 9:30 PM: Welcome Dinner at the hotel restaurant “Erato” (drinks not included).

Day 2

7:30-10 AM: American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Day at leisure. We suggest relishing the endless sandy beach at your hotel, with its crystal-clear waters and the soothing sounds of the sea. Lunch is at your own expense.
7 – 9:30 PM: Dinner at the hotel restaurant “Erato” (drinks not included).
The rest of the evening at your leisure.

 

Day 3

7:30-7:50 AM: American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel.

8 AM – 5:30 PM: Meteora Complex, City of Kalambaka Tour. Includes lunch, air-conditioned transportation and an English-speaking guide. See below for details and restrictions.

• 7:50 AM: Meet your guide at the hotel lobby area and start boarding the bus.
• 8:00 - 10:30 AM: Transfer to Meteora (a drive of about 2.5 hours).
• 10:35 - 10:55 AM: Arrive and marvel at panoramic views of Meteora, a popular UNESCO World Heritage site.
• 11 AM - 1 PM: Visit two of the Meteora monasteries.
• 1 – 1:30 PM: Transfer to the nearby town of Kalambaka.
• 1:35 – 3 PM: Savor a 3-course lunch at at a local restaurant. You’ll also have some free time to explore the village on your own.
• 3:05 – 5:30 PM: Return transfer to the hotel at Paralia Katerini.
• 5:30 PM: Upon arrival back at the hotel the rest of the afternoon at your leisure. 

7 – 9:30 PM: Dinner at the hotel restaurant “Erato” (drinks not included).

Day 4

7:30-10 AM: American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Day at leisure. We suggest that you visit the nearby village of Paralia, approximately 1.9 miles (3 kilometers) from the hotel, and have a refreshing cocktail at Caldera, a trendy seaside bar (at your own expense). Lunch is at your own expense.
7 – 9:30 PM: Dinner at the hotel restaurant “Erato” (drinks not included).
The rest of the evening at your leisure. 

 

Day 5

7:30-10 AM: American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Day at leisure. We suggest exploring the thrilling activities offered at the hotel's nearby water sports center, including jet skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, banana boat rides, tubing, pedal boating, canoeing, flyboarding, and more (at your own expense). Lunch is at your own expense.
7 – 9:30 PM: Farewell Dinner at the hotel restaurant “Erato” with 1 drink* per person and water. *Choice of a glass of wine, or 1 beer, or 1 soft drink, plus 1 water and 1 tea/or coffee"

Meteora Complex, City of Kalambaka Tour:

• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
• This activity involves extensive walking outdoors and going up and down some stairs. It is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or certain health conditions. Please consult your physician prior to booking travel.

Must be an Active Member in Good Standing to Travel:

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 60 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 59 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than July 26 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

• Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
