Check into the hotel at any time after 3 PM.
2-6 PM: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
7 PM: Welcome reception in the hotel  with select appetizers and 1 complimentary drink* per person (your choice of 1 glass of wine, or beer, or a soft drink).
The rest of the evening at your leisure.

Day 2

6:30-8:45 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.

9 AM – 5 PM: Full-day guided tour of historic Valletta and Mdina, Includes lunch with 1 drink* per person, admission fees, an English-speaking guide and transportation. See below for details and restrictions.

• 8:45 AM: Meet your guide at the hotel lobby area. 
• 9 AM: Depart from the hotel.
• 9:15-9:40 AM: Enjoy the scenic drive to Valletta.
• 9:40 AM-1 PM: Explore the Upper Barakka Gardens, offering breathtaking views of the Grand Harbor and the Three Cities. Your journey continues to the Co-Cathedral of Saint Jean, a Baroque masterpiece showcasing Caravaggio's renowned paintings. You'll also visit the Grand Master Palace, now the Presidential office, adorned with exquisite Gobelins tapestries. Along the way, you'll pass by the historic "Inns" once belonging to the Knights, including the Inn of Castile, currently serving as the Prime Minister's office.
  
• 1-3 PM: Enjoy a 3-course meal at a local restaurant with 1 glass of wine per person and water.
  3-5 PM: After lunch, your journey leads you to Mdina, a unique medieval city with a rich tapestry of history. Built by the Romans, occupied by the Arabs, and fortified by the Knights, Mdina stands as a testament to Malta's diverse heritage. Today, it is revered as the "City of Silence," with a population of only 450 inhabitants. Once the capital of Malta until the rise of Valletta, Mdina's winding streets beckon us to explore its noble houses, convents, and palaces. Wander the winding streets surrounded by houses that belonged to the nobility of the time, convents, and palaces, catching a glimpse of the majestic Cathedral from the outside before ascending to the towering fortifications, offering breathtaking views of the Maltese countryside.
• 5 PM: Upon returning to the hotel, the rest of the day and evening are at your leisure.

Day 3

6:30-10:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
A day at your leisure. We suggest that you enjoy all that your hotel has to offer. You can lounge with a cocktail by the pool, enjoy the hotel's Lotus Spa facilities including sauna, steam, room, Jacuzzi and heated indoor pool, or even head out on a self-guided adventure — the choice of fun is all yours.
Lunch is at your own expense.
7-9 PM: 3-course farewell dinner with complimentary house wine* (a half of a bottle per person), water and coffee.

Day 4

6:30-10:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel by noon.

*The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years. Age is determined at the time of travel with valid, government-issued ID.

Full-day guided tour of historic Valletta and Mdina:

• This activity is not wheelchair accessible. 
• This activity involves extensive walking outdoors, and up and down some stairs. It is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or certain health conditions. Please consult your physician prior to booking travel

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 85 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 84 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than July 3 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.
