Maximum occupancy is 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child. Due to hotel restrictions, additional guests will not be allowed in the same room.

A child between the ages of 0-5 stays free when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. A child between the ages of 6-11 is US$129 when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults. A child between the ages of 12-17 is US$169 when sharing existing bedding with 1-2 paid adults.  A child age 18 or older is charged the adult rate.

Child’s pricing is based on age at time of travel.

The child’s reservation must be booked, paid for and the name on the rooming list in order to be checked in.

At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip. Another confirmation will not be sent.

Important Notice: As of 1 October 2014, THE South African authorities are requiring that children younger than the age of 18 traveling to and from South Africa are required to carry an unabridged birth certificate as well as a valid passport. If you are traveling internationally to join this trip, please ensure that your passport is current and any required visa is obtained and valid. Many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of this trip. It is your responsibility to obtain any required visas and other documentation prior to traveling. If you are unable to obtain a visa, the Cancellation Policy for this DreamTrip will apply.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, your DreamTrips Specialist may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.

Members with additional people in room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.
