Foshan’s rich history dates back more than 5,000 years, but the city today is one of the most modern in Guangdong province. It derives its name from three bronze Buddha statues that were unearthed during the Tang Dynasty, and Foshan (“Buddha Hill”) became a religious center for the Pearl River Delta.

January 6 at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., 5 p.m. or 7 p.m.: From the hotel to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. - To take advantage of round-trip airport transfers, you must provide your flight information to the DreamTrips Specialist no later than December 17. These transfers are available only for the airport(s) and dates listed above. Click here to give us your flight information. Transfers will not be offered if the flight information is not received by the deadline and transfers at any other time will incur a separate charge. Day 1:
Arrive at airport and transfer to the hotel at 9 a.m., noon, 3 p.m. or 5 p.m.
Check into the hotel at 3 p.m.
6:30 p.m.: Welcome dinner at the hotel.
Day 2:
Breakfast at the hotel.
Full-day culture and sightseeing tour with visits to Baofeng Temple, Wong Tai Sin Temple, Kuan Yin Cultural Garden, and a demonstration (and kung fu lesson) at Wong Fei Hung Lion Dance Martial Arts Centre.
Includes vegetarian lunch at Kuan Yin Cultural Garden Restaurant.

Day 3:

Cancellation Policy: If
you cancel 36 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll
get a full refund. If you cancel within 35 days of the start date of
your trip, your trip will not be refunded.
Name Change Policy: If
you change any name(s) on your booking 30 days or more before the start
date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of 50 USD per name change.
Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your
trip.
