Day 1
Check in at the Welcome Table in the lobby between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m.: Welcome reception; includes 1 glass of wine/or beer/or juice/or soft drinks and water per person.
Day 2
8-10:30 a.m.: Greek buffet breakfast at the hotel.
11:30 a.m.: Full-day Private Traditional Island Tour, with visits to the prehistorical settlement of Akrotiri, free time at Black Sand Beach of Perissa, Megalochori, Profitis Ilias, Santo Wines Winery for a tasting of 3 wines and the village of Oia to watch the sunset and explore the village; includes transportation (50-seater bus) and a licensed, English-speaking guide.
Free time for lunch around 1:30 or 2 p.m. (at your own expense).
Continue Traditional Island Tour until after sunset (around 7:45 p.m.).
The rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 3
8-10:30 a.m.: Greek buffet breakfast at the hotel.
2:30 p.m.: Afroditi: Dinner and Sunset Cruise, where you’ll embark on a traditional wooden boat at the Athinios Port. The first stop is the Volcano, known as the isle of Nea Kameni, where you’ll have the opportunity to climb to the top of the main crater of the dormant volcano (1.5-hour stop). Additional stops include Palea Kameni, where you’ll have 30 minutes to swim in the hot springs and the village of Oia, where dinner will be served at sunset (around 7:45 p.m.) accompanied by Santorini wine; includes transportation. Dinner includes: pork roll, chicken roll, rice, oven
potatoes, Greek salad, tzatziki (cucumber+ yogurt+ garlic), bread, seasonal
fruit, and free local wine during buffet.
Day 4
8-10:30 a.m.: Greek buffet breakfast at the hotel.
7:00 p.m.: Three-course Gala Farewell Dinner at the main restaurant.
Menu – Salad: Greek, chicken, lettuce or cabbage/carrot with 4 available dressings; Cold appetizers: Santorinian fava (pea purree) and stuffed tomatoes with cheese; Hot appetizers: Tomato balls and cheese, spinach or bacon pies; Main course: Sliced pork, chicken filet, vine leafs stuffed with rice, baked potatoes and rice; Dessert: Nut cake or fresh fruit and coffee. Additional drinks are not included.
Day 5
8-10:30 a.m.: Greek buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel by noon.

Cancellation Policy: Once booked, this trip is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cancellation or amendment is allowed. Name changes are not allowed on this trip.

trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this

Hotel/resort credits and/or
discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay
will expire immediately upon your departure.
In the unfortunate
event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will
substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.
As
always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you
leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the
necessary identification required for the specific country you’re
traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or
visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the
trip.
Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may
not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing
bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your
request.
Members with additional people in room, not booked prior
to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip
price.
Pricing shown is for each person, and is based on two adults per room.
