Day 1

Arrive at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Check into the hotel any time after 3 p.m.
3-5:00 p.m.: Welcome Table at the hotel lobby.
6-7:00 p.m.; Welcome Reception.
7-9 p.m.: Dinner buffet at hotel’s private room; includes 2 soft drinks per person.

Day 2

7-10:30 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
11 a.m.: Pickup at hotel for full-day at Ski Dubai; includes transportation, entrance ticket, gratuities, locker and a voucher for fleece gloves. Your ticket includes access to unlimited chairlift rides, the Giant Snowball ride and Mountain Thriller.
6 p.m.: Transfer back to the hotel.
The rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 3

7 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
10 a.m. – noon: Half-day meeting in the hotel; includes 1 coffee break with cookies.
7:30 p.m.: Pickup from the hotel to Dubai Mall; includes transportation.
Free time in Dubai Mall.
8 p.m.: Visit Burj Khalifa At the Top; includes entrance ticket, gratuities and transportation.
9:30 p.m.: Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 4

7-10:30 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel by 11 a.m. and transfer to the airport.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 36 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll get a full refund. If you cancel within 35 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded.

Name Change Policy: Name changes are not allowed on this trip.

Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

As always, make sure that your passport/visa is up-to-date before you leave! It’s very important to double check that you have all the necessary identification required for the specific country you’re traveling to. Keep in mind that many countries require passports and/or visas to be valid for a minimum of six months after the end date of the trip.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.

Members with additional people in room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.
