Day 1
Check into the hotel any time after 3 PM
Noon – 5 PM: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
5:30 – 7 PM: Welcome reception at the hotel’s Restaurant with non-alcoholic drink of prosecco with peanuts, chips, mix of finger food.
The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.
Day 2
7:30-9 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
9 AM – 5 PM: 2 hours walking tour of Historic Florence followed by a pasta cooking lesson and lunch.
- 9 – 11 AM: 2-hour guided tour of Florence.
During this walk, you will see Piazza della Signoria with the town hall Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo (Florence Cathedral), the Baptistery with its ‘Gates of Paradise’, Giotto’s independent bell tower, Brunelleschi’s Dome, Santa Trinita and Orsanmichele Church, Pontevecchio Bridge. - 11 AM – 1 PM.: 2-hour Italian Pasta Making Class.
Spaghetti, Pici or Ravioli. Get your hands in the dough to learn techniques on Italian pasta making as well as the ingredients that make this iconic dish. Included in the experience: class with local chef, lunch and drinks. - Upon returning to the hotel, the rest of the day and evening are at your leisure.
Dinner is at your own expense.
Day 3
7:30-10 AM.: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
The rest of the morning and early afternoon at your leisure. Lunch at your own expense.
7 – 9:30 PM: Farewell dinner at a local restaurant with typical 4-course menu including local wine, mineral water and coffee. *see sample menu below.
- 7 PM: Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the Restaurant.
- 9 PM. Transfer back to your hotel – arrive at the hotel at 9"30 PM approx.
Rest of the evening at leisure
Day 4
7:30-10 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel by 10 AM.

2-hour walking tour of Florence
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- This activity involves walking outdoors, and up and down some stairs. It is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or certain health conditions. Please consult your doctor prior to booking travel.
- For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for expectant mothers.
- We recommend that you wear comfortable footwear and clothing and bring a hat and sunscreen.
- Please note: Children ages 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult during this tour. Age is determined at the time of travel with valid, government-issued ID.
