Day 1: Bucharest
Upon arrival at the airport, meet our representative who will warmly welcome you and guide you to the hotel airport shuttle for your transportation to the hotel.
Check into the hotel at any time after 2:00 PM
2:00 - 6:00 PM: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
7:30 - 9:30 PM: Welcome reception and dinner at the hotel restaurant; includes 3-course dinner and drinks.
Overnight in Rin Airport Hotel**** (or similar).
Day 2: Bucharest—Snagov—Prejmer—Brasov — approximately 124 miles (201 kilometers); includes transportation, entrance fees and an English-speaking guide.
7:00 - 9:00 AM: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
Check out of the hotel by 9:15 AM.
9:15 AM: Meet your guide at the hotel lobby entrance and begin boarding transportation.
9:30 AM: Depart from the hotel.
Embark on your journey with a visit to Snagov Monastery, situated on a serene lake. This former fortress, tied to the legend of Vlad Dracula, is believed to house his tomb.
Continue your exploration across the Carpathian Mountains, tracing the beauty of the Prahova River Valley.
On the other side of the mountains, in Transylvania, visit the UNESCO-listed Prejmer Fortified Church. Dating back to the 13th century, it's a remarkable example of a religious and defensive system, serving as a refuge for local villagers in the Middle Ages.
End your day in Brasov.
Check-in and overnight at Bella Muzica Hotel***, a boutique hotel in the heart of Brasov’s Historic Center (or similar).
The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense.
Day 3: Brasov
7:00 - 9:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
9:45 AM: Meet your guide in the hotel lobby.
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Embark on a walking tour of Brasov’s Historic Town. Explore iconic landmarks like the Council Square, Black Church, Ecaterina’s Gate, Weaver’s Bastion, White and Black towers, and St. Nicholas Church. Uncover the lesser-known tale of Vlad Dracula, who spent a few years in Brasov, engaging in trades and a love affair with the enchanting Katharina.
1:00 - 4:30 PM: Enjoy free time at your leisure. Lunch is at your own expense.
5:00 PM: Depart from the hotel for Bran Castle. Attend a Private Halloween Party within the castle, limited to approximately 80-90 people. Begin with a nighttime tour guided by Vlad himself, granting access to exclusive rooms not featured in standard tours.
Indulge in a Halloween dinner featuring a 3-course meal, Bran castle wine, and plum brandy. Join the Halloween party in the castle’s living room, complete with music and dance. Halloween costumes are highly recommended.
Around midnight, return to the hotel for an overnight stay at the same hotel; Bella Muzica Hotel*** (or similar).
Day 4: Brasov—Rupea—Sighisoara — approximately 75 miles (120 kilometers)
7:00 - 10:00 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
10:15 AM: Meet your guide in the hotel lobby.
10:00 AM: Depart from the hotel on the route to Sighisoara, the birthplace of Vlad Dracula.
On the way, pause to explore Rupea Fortress (14th century), an impressive example of the Transylvanian defensive system.
1:30 PM: Arrive at Sighisoara, one of Transylvania's best-preserved medieval towns. Take a leisurely walking tour of Sighisoara’s historic center, where iconic sites like The Clock Tower, the Church on the Hill, the Scholar’s Stairs, The Monastery Church, and the towers of the citadel await your discovery.
3:00 – 5:30 PM: Enjoy leisure time for lunch and souvenir shopping (at your own expense).
6:00 PM: Continue to a small family cellar, where you'll savor local plum/pear brandy and fruit liqueurs crafted from an old traditional family recipe.
7:00 - 10:00 PM: Delight in a Halloween Special Dinner at an ancient restaurant in Dracula’s birthplace, complete with local beer and wine.
11:00 PM: Return to Brasov for an overnight stay at the same hotel; Bella Muzica Hotel*** (or similar).
Day 5: Brasov—Sinaia— Bucharest — approximately 114 miles (185 kilometers)
7:00 - 9:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
Check out of the hotel by 9:45 AM.
9:45 AM: Meet your guide in the hotel lobby and board transportation.
10:00 AM: Depart from the hotel on the route to Bucharest.
Stop at Sinaia, a picturesque mountain town, to explore Peles Castle, a former royal residence of the Romanian kings—an absolute "must-visit" in Romania.Continue your journey to Bucharest, the capital city of Romania, arriving around 3:00 PM.
Embark on a panoramic tour of Bucharest, witnessing iconic landmarks such as the Triumph Arch, Victoriei Square and Boulevard, Athenaeum, Royal Palace, and Revolution Square.
Check-in at Capitol Hotel**** (or similar), located in the Historic Center of Bucharest.
In the afternoon, enjoy a brief walking tour in the pedestrian-only area: Lipscani street, Stavropoleos Church, National Bank, CEC Bank, Manuc Inn, and Constitution Square. From there, admire the monumental Parliament Palace, formerly known as the House of the People—the second-largest administrative building in the world.
Rest of the evening at your leisure. You can enjoy the vibrant shops, restaurants, and pubs are just outside your hotel.
Overnight at Capitol Hotel**** (or similar). Lunch and Dinner are at your own expense.
Day 6
6:30 - 10:00 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Please note: To-go breakfast is available upon request for guests checking out early.
Check out of the hotel by 11:00 AM.
Transfer from the hotel to the airport according to your flight departure time. Pick-up from the hotel will be with approx. 3hrs 30mins before your scheduled take-off.
